Our boot camp training program is designed and run by only ex military trainers to suit the regular exerciser who is looking for the next physical challenge or to shed excess weight fast.
Is Elite Bootcamp for every fitness level Steve?
Yes. Elite Bootcamp is kind of separated in the sense that it if you don’t pass the physical fitness test required for the Elite Bootcamp straight away then we’ll ensure that we give you the best training in the regular bootcamp so that you’ll reach a fitness level that’ll have you passing the Elite Bootcamp fitness test with flying colours.

We meet at the steps of the NSW Art Gallery in the Sydney Domain Parklands. You can’t miss us.
Can we join the Elite Boot Camp late?
No problem. You can join the program whenever you’re ready. Just call us on 0412 544 398 and let us know when you’d like to join the program. Or else just rock up when you’re ready.
What type of people can I expect to meet at Elite Boot Camp?
You'll meet individuals just like yourself: People who seek discipline in an organized group, who want to do something different, get to the next fitness level… and who appreciate a challenge!
Will I be sore?
In a word, yes. The first two to three weeks at Elite Boot Camp will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. However, once you acclimate to the program, you'll feel sore less often throughout the remaining six weeks. Remember, it's a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.
When will I start seeing results?
Within the first week—and sometimes, within the first three days! If you follow the program with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe, increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism and most of all, the happiness that comes with being a healthier person!
What items will I have to bring to boot camp training?
Just you and anything you need. Most people normally show up already changed, wearing loose and comfortable clothing such as shorts and t shirts or jogging tops and bottoms depending on the weather.
I want to start the training but I don't have anyone to go with and all my friends are never around when I am. What can I do?
If you decide to come on your own, we will take extra special care to make sure you're partnered up rather than just running around on your own. We really want you to enjoy coming to the boot camp training and we really want you to feel happy with us, so please, take the bull by the horns, head down to the park and we'll take care of you from there!
Can I just turn up to any class I like or do I have to book in advance or something?

How's Elite Boot Camp different from the standard Boot Camp training?
Elite Boot Camp is a high intensity training program designed for people who already achieved a certain fitness level. High intensity Boot Camp training also involves boxercise, circuits, cardiovascular training, strength training, endurance sessions, medicine ball sessions, rope runs, weight bar training and many more.
How long is the training program for?
Elite Boot Camp programs run for 6 weeks, 2 sessions per week - 12 sessions in total.
Where does the Boot Camp training take place?
In Sydney CBD, in the Sydney Domain Parklands.
